Let's face it: There are lots of times -- especially in the summer time --
when chicken just hits the spot, right? Well, have we got treats
for
you! All of the chickens that we purchase and prepare for you come
from one local distributer. They are processed and packed in ice
(not frozen) for the ride to our store, so they are as fresh as can be.
We have fresh Roasting Chickens and Fryers (fresh
and fully cooked), fresh parts
and Marinated Chicken all ready for the oven or the grill.

Marinated Boneless Chicken
Breasts
We start with well trimmed boneless, skinless chicken breasts. We
marinate and gently tumble them in a vacuumed environment with our special Garlic and Herb
marinate that keeps the Breast juicy and flavorful when you cook it.
The taste is out of this world!

Boneless Stuffed Chicken
Breasts
We start by making our own special bread stuffing. We then filet
and fill choice, hand picked boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
All you need to do is top these with seasoning or sauce (if you wish)
and cook them in the oven or on the grill. What an easy answer for
a delicious entree that your family and friends will enjoy!

Cured and Smoked Chicken
Fryers
What would be better after a long, hard day than picking up a fully
cooked and cured Chicken Fryer that has been flavored in our special
brine. Heat and eat. That's it. Our smoked Chicken
Fryers are tender and juicy and they have a unique smokey flavor that
you will enjoy!

Fresh Roasting Chickens and Fryers
Our Roasting
Chickens are plump and meaty and available year round. They
average six to eight pounds (larger than our Fryers) which makes them a
great size for family dinners and for entertaining. Our Fryers
are three to three-and-a-half pounds which makes them ideal to be cut up for
frying or they can be roasted whole as well. Of course, we have
halves of breasts, whole legs and boneless breasts, all fresh daily.
